Why we built TruLS

Ask anyone in the lifestyle how they've tried to meet like-minded people online, and you'll hear the same story. A new site. A membership fee. Then hours of scrolling through profiles that are too far away, long abandoned, or not who they claim to be. A few genuine connections, buried under fake accounts, automated messages and people who are only there to sell something.

We lived that story for years. We talked, for just as long, about what a better place would look like. TruLS is the answer to that conversation.

A broken model

Most platforms in this space were built on a simple idea: charge first, and keep people searching. The longer you scroll, the better it works for the platform. It rarely works for you.

Nobody in the lifestyle wants more profiles. They want the right ones: real people, nearby, looking for the same things. We set out to build a place designed around that, from the first screen to the last.

What we believe

Real people come first

Selling and spam have no place on TruLS. Any member can report a profile, photo, message or post in seconds, and every report goes directly to our team. We will always choose steady growth with real members over fast growth with empty numbers.

Your time matters

Every member and couple shares what they're looking for and, just as importantly, what they're not. Those preferences work in both directions, so the people you see are people who could genuinely be a fit. Matches start close to home, at a distance you choose, and each one tells you why it was suggested.

Community is the point

A match is only the beginning. What keeps people in the lifestyle is everything around it: the friendships, the parties, the long conversations that run past midnight. TruLS is built for all of it, with a feed from the people around you, groups, events, club pages and live chat rooms.

Couples and singles. Throuples and quads. Straight, bi, gay, trans and nonbinary members. Newcomers with their first questions and veterans of the scene. Every person and every kind of relationship deserves to be represented, and represented well.

• Lifestyle quizzes: light, honest quizzes to take alone or with your partner, then compare notes.

Growing with intention

TruLS is opening region by region rather than everywhere at once. It's a deliberate choice. A community only comes alive when there are real people to meet nearby, so every new area opens with members who can actually connect.
