TruLS is a private community for adults in the lifestyle. We believe accountability and authentic connection grow when members are real people tied to a real home city, not anonymous accounts. Every profile carries a home city chosen by the member, and local clubs, groups, events and chat rooms keep connections grounded in real places, wherever our members live. Everyone in the lifestyle is welcome here: straight, bi, gay, trans and nonbinary members, couples and singles.

Every member creates their own account, confirms they are 18 or older and agrees to our Community Rules before any part of the community opens up. Profiles, photos and posts are only visible to signed-in members. We may ask any member to confirm they are 18 or older at any time, and we can put an account on hold until they do. We are opening area by area, so each new member picks the state they live in when they join.

Members can earn a blue Verified badge by sending a quick selfie making a hand sign we pick. A TruLS admin checks it against their profile photos, and the selfie is deleted as soon as it's reviewed. Clubs can earn a Verified badge too, once our team confirms they're genuine. A badge means someone passed our check. It isn't a background check, so the tips below still matter.

You decide who sees what. Posts, photos and albums each have their own audience setting, from Public (signed-in members only) down to Only me, and your photos are stored privately and only shown to members your settings allow. We never show your precise location, only the home city you choose, and we do not sell member data. You'll find your privacy switches in Settings.

Most members meet through TruLS without any trouble, and a little planning keeps it that way. Before you meet:

• Chat on TruLS first, and keep it here until you're comfortable. Anyone who rushes you onto another app or asks for money is a red flag.
• Video chat before you meet, so you know the people you're meeting are the people in the photos. A Verified badge helps, but it's not a guarantee.
• Talk about boundaries, protection and recent STI testing before you meet, not in the moment. Anyone who won't talk about it isn't ready.
• Tell a friend where you're going and who you're meeting, and share your location with them for the evening.

When you meet:

• Meet in public first: a bar, a restaurant, or a lifestyle club social. Never at a home for a first meet.
• Get yourself there and back, and keep your phone charged. Don't rely on the other people for a ride.
• Watch your drink, go easy on alcohol, and never accept a drink you didn't see poured.
• Consent comes first, every time. Ask before you touch, check in often, and stop the moment anyone says no or seems unsure. Couples: agree on your own rules before you go out.
• Trust your gut. You can leave at any time, for any reason, without explaining.

If you're ever in danger, call 911. Afterwards, report the member on TruLS so our team can act, and block them if you don't want to hear from them again.

Nude and explicit photos are welcome in the right places, as long as they're labelled. Switch on “Contains nudity” when you share one in a post, an album, a club or group, a private message, or a chat room whose owner allows adult photos. Labelled photos are blurred for everyone until they tap to view, and members can choose to see them without blur in Settings. Adult photos from someone who isn't your friend always arrive blurred in your messages.

Your main profile picture must not show nudity. Everyone shown in a photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to it being shared. Never post a photo of someone else without their permission.

Labelling is up to each member, so if you see nudity that isn't labelled, report it with “Nudity not marked”. Our team can mark it adult for everyone or remove it, and repeated problems can lead to a ban.

If an intimate photo or video of you is on TruLS without your consent, including a fake or AI-made one, we'll remove it within 48 hours of a valid request, along with any copies we find. You don't need an account to ask. Email support@truls.app with “Take It Down” in the subject, and see the Privacy & Legal page (Stolen or intimate photos) for exactly what to include. Members can also tap Report on the photo and choose “Non-consensual content”.

Harassment (including harassing someone over their sexual orientation or gender), solicitation, non-consensual content, impersonation and anyone under 18 have no place on TruLS, and breaking these rules can lead to permanent removal from the community.

Every member can report a profile, post, photo, comment, chat room, message, event, group, club page or show, including anyone who may be under 18, and block anyone they no longer want to hear from. Our team reviews every report, and the member you report is never told who reported them.
